I teach beadmaking lessons in my Kettering, Ohio studio, by appointment only, usually on weekends--Saturday morning or afternoon, or Sunday afternoon, with a maximum 2 students per session. The price is $75 for a 4-hour lesson and all tools/supplies are provided. Payments are accepted via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover), check, or cash. A 50% deposit is required at time of registration, with the balance due by the time of your lesson. Please e-mail me for available dates.
Beginning Lampwork Class - No previous experience is required and all tools and supplies are provided. You can try beadmaking before deciding to purchase any equipment. All you need to bring is yourself! This is definitely a "hands on" class that includes 4 hours of instruction. A Hot Head torch will be used in this class. You will also have an opportunity to try a Minor Burner or a Carlisle Mini CC if you wish.

Intermediate Lampwork Class - Previous lampworking experience required. All tools are provided, although you are welcome to bring any of your favorite tools and glass is provided. You have a choice of using a Hot Head torch, a Minor Burner, or a Carlisle Mini CC torch. This is a chance to try a different torch if you a thinking of upgrading to a oxygen/propane torch.
- The topics covered in the intermediate class are determined by your previous experience and what you would like to learn. The class will be custom tailored to what you want to learn. We can discuss ahead of time what you would like to cover in the class.
